We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • The item must be free from any signs of wear, such as creased spines, markings, or bent pages.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. We will cover all return shipping costs for such items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Downloadable digital products (if any).

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Time: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Mizumi Books LLC will cover the return shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at contact@bazeror.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the processing stage with our shipping partners. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

10. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for any returns that meet our policy conditions.
