Ordering & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.) processed securely through Stripe. We also offer the convenience of checking out with PayPal. All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our entire website, including the checkout process, is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. All payments are handled by trusted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. How do I know my order was placed successfully?

After your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and a receipt.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us at contact@bazeror.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the processing stage. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

5. Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, a sales tax of 5% will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process, as required.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $199.00 or more.

  • A flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 is applied to all orders under $199.00.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total estimated delivery time is between 7 to 11 business days. This includes our order processing time of 2-4 business days and an estimated shipping time of 5-7 business days.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey.

5. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. A valid physical street address is required for delivery.

6. What should I do if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Mizumi Books LLC is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist with your claim.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.

2. How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bazeror.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

3. Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

5. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our policy conditions.
