Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time, PT), excluding holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (PT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, the estimated shipping time is 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday).
Therefore, the Total Estimated Delivery Time is between 7 to 11 business days from the moment you place your order. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on USPS service and your location.
2. Shipping Rates, Taxes & Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $199.00 or more.

A flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied to all orders under $199.00.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s total value. Our flat rate fee includes all handling and packaging charges.

Sales Tax: A sales tax of 5% will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process, as required.
3. Shipment & Tracking

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Areas: We proudly ship to all states within the United States. At this time, we only ship within the USA and do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.
4. Order Issues & Support

Address Changes & Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. If you need to make a change to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@bazeror.com. We cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order has begun processing. Mizumi Books LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items: Mizumi Books LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items: We strive to maintain accurate stock counts. In the rare event an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with the option to wait for the item to become available or receive a full refund.
